If you’re a new broker with CoOportunity Health, you should have received your username and password in the welcome email you were sent. If you haven’t received this information, or need help with your username and/or password, please contact the Broker Administration Team at 800.298.4235.
If you are a broker with an existing agency or General Agency, the “delegate” at your agency or General Agency office will provide you with your username and password.
My username and password do not work.
