NCQA Interim Accreditation
CoOportunity Health has received the Interim Health Plan Evaluation rating from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). To earn this recognition, CoOportunity Health had to show that we had basic structure and processes in place to meet expectations for consumer protection and quality improvement. As a new health plan, we must demonstrate by July 2015 that we have executed processes effectively.
2015 Qualified Health Plan Certification
For the second year of business, CoOportunity Health's 2015 product portfolio has been certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as Qualified Health Plans (QHPs). This designation confirms that CoOportunity Health’s plans for the individual and small group markets meet all standards and guidelines of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act for coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
